Glycolic acid

Glycolic acid is one of the most commonly used alpha hydroxy acids and acts as a powerful exfoliant. At a low pH or sufficient concentration it weakens the links between corneocytes and accelerates the removal of dead epidermal cells. It smooths the skin on the feet and leaves it very soft. By removing the dead skin layer, it also enables faster and deeper penetration of products applied as part of the follow-up care.

Lactic acid

Acts as a moisturiser and exfoliant. It stimulates the regeneration of the epidermis, strengthens the skin’s barrier function and contributes to an overall improvement in the condition of the skin on the feet.
