HAND WASHING
Proper hand hygiene is of key importance for staying healthy. Particularly after coughing and sneezing, it even helps reduce the risk of viral diseases.
Washing the hands thoroughly and correctly with soap and water can control the spread of infections.
Liquid soaps are an important part of everyday hand hygiene because they contain surface-active agents (surfactants) that help eliminate those impurities that water alone is unable to remove.
The majority of impurities that accumulate on the skin consist of fats and dead cells. These create ideal conditions for the growth and proliferation of microorganisms.

WHEN SOAP AND WATER ARE NOT AVAILABLE…
…it is recommended to use household antimicrobial agents.
If using alcohol-based hand hygiene agents, the alcohol should be at least partially diluted in water, since it is more effective as an aqueous solution than it would be in concentrated form. Alcohol denatures proteins in bacteria and viruses and in this way inhibits them. The recommended concentration of alcohol for an optimal bactericidal effect is above 60%.
AFRODITA COSMETICS HAS DEVELOPED A HAND SANITISER CONTAINING 60% ALCOHOL
SOS Hand sanitiser spray with antibacterial effect and 60% alcohol content helps maintain optimal hand hygiene and plays an important role in self-protection against infections of bacterial and viral origin.
With added hydrating glycerine, the product also cares for hands.
ADDITIONAL HAND CARE AFTER WASHING AND DISINFECTING IS VERY IMPORTANT
Because in the present conditions we are washing our hands more frequently and also using more hand hygiene products, our hands are at greater risk of drying out or cracking.
By using hand care creams, we regenerate the skin and maintain its protective layer, which makes it less susceptible to penetration by microorganisms.
